"CHAMBER OF AUDITORS" NGO was established in 2012 as a social union of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia, foreign citizens, stateless persons and/or legal entities, and it has a status of a non-commercial organization.
Today, member of the Chamber include dozens of companies providing accounting, legal, advocacy and consulting services, as well as more than 200 other business (manufacturing, commercial, etc.) organizations.
The Chamber is a member of the Revenue Policy Improvement Council of the RA Ministry of Finance and the RA Public Revenue Committee's Revenue Administration Improvement Council. The Chamber, having joined the aforementioned councils, has actively participated in and continues to participate in the amendments of the RA Tax Code, related legal acts and their supplements as a most important platform for finding ways to solve the problems that threaten or hinder business, and promptly respond to them.
In 2013, the Chamber established a permanent "Commercial Court" arbitration institution adjunct to the CHAMBER OF AUDITORS, which is a body facilitating disputes in civil and other legal relations, acting as an institution.
The Chamber also established the European School of Professional Accountants in 2013, the purpose of which is to prepare and train current or beginner accountants, financial directors, businessmen and legal accountancy experts. We should mention with great pleasure that the number of school graduates exceeds 500, the majority of which are employed by the largest Armenian companies as chief accountant, financial director, auditor, internal auditor, independent expert, and other senior positions.
The Chamber regularly organizes professional training courses for professional accountants through its School, legislative and consulting roundtable discussions, thus implementing its mission of continuing professional development.
